Arrival
To avoid irritation, shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments. For your safety, please remove contact lenses prior to facial services. For men, please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved. Please shower prior to your treatment to enhance oil absorption and the overall experience. Health Conditions Please advise us of any health conditions that may affect your treatment.
Cancellations & Late Arrival
As a courtesy to other guests, please provide 1 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Spa Etiquette
If you arrive late, the length of your treatment will be shortened to end as scheduled, allowing our therapists to take their next scheduled appointment on time.
Recommendations
We recommend that you leave all jewellery at your Home before coming to the spa. We kindly request that you refrain from using mobile phones in the spa to ensure a tranquil environment.

Once purchased, our spa memberships are non-refundable. We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the personalized nature of our services and the resources allocated upon membership purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage our members to fully utilize their membership benefits to maximize their spa experience.
Non-Transferable Policy
Our spa memberships are non-transferable. They are tailored to each individual member and cannot be transferred to another person. This policy ensures that each member receives the full benefit of their membership privileges, personalized to their needs and preferences

Pregnant lady guests and other guests with any medical condition, are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any services and inform the spa therapist about the condition.

Any illicit or sexually suggestive behaviour, remarks or advances made by the guest will result in the immediate termination of the session and may result in legal action. The guest will also be liable to pay for the complete charges for the scheduled service.
